how can i cancelled my credit card option? because, today i buy a subscription xbox live gold for 12 monthes for code but i can play because in screen say "i ´m sorry your suscription is canceled until you pay option is new"
Hi there! OK, so did you have an account on auto-renewal that lapsed? We will indeed need it transferred to a new payment option, but once that's taken care of, we can still swap it over to that prepaid code you bought. You'll want to head to
http://commerce.microsoft.com and use the Manage Payment Options
