I can not Begin session

This is so annoying i have not had the use of my x box live account for weeks. Apparently the email address and password i've had for years is incorrect....i try to call...service unavailable....your chat...doesn't word either... The stupid tío step security is sooooooo inconvenient,,, i'm thinking of returning this garbage. Your assistance options run you around in circles....completely useless....i''ve wasted 2 horas of my day trying to access my own account....NOT HAPPY

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your account.

Just to double check, were you using this link to Phone Support to try and contact them?

There should be both an option to contact Chat support or request a call back from Phone support for assistance with getting access to your account.
