I can not add my account to my brother's gold family package.

When I type my accounts email address and password in an error message pops up which says, "can't sign in using your Microsoft account. Please try again later. If the problem continues, go to https://account.live.com. But, when I go to the website I log onto my account fine. I believe it is because my account has a parent account attached to it like this person. http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12/p/454899/2263470.aspx. If you can help solve this problem that'd be great. Thanks.

Hi Fonzi! You can no longer join a new Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack, you can only be grandfathered in if you are already in one, as the Family Pack is no longer offered.
