I can get in to my xbox live on my computer but not on my console, why?

I have done everything I done my proofs and I sign in with my email and password and my four code. I have changed my password. There isn't even a service alert anymore. It has been this way for a week or more. I go to sign in it asks for the code then it ask for my email and password and then it says sorry try again later code 80151103. No problem getting on the computer as you can see. Please help.
