I am trying to Upgrade my gold membership to a Gold Family Level


I am getting the response ' This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/support.'

I get this response yesterday and also today just now.

is the system down? It allowed me to Join at the Gold Level yesterday but when I realised that the Family Level would allow me to give gold membership to my kids I now want to upgrade to Family Gold level so this is very disappointing.

Hi Zizlak, Check out this FAQ on the Gold family plan


For every 2 months an account has being added to the Family plan it will add 1 month to the family plan.

So 13 months would be 6 months on the family plan - Up to 36months can be stacked on the family plan
