I used my dad's computer to login to my xboxlive account because my computer isn't working. However, when I try to manage my account, it prompts me to enter a code that was sent to my registered email address. I clicked on "send a new code" several times and checked my inbox and junk/spam folder and I don't see anything. I even changed my email address to a different one, confirmed it, and "sent a new code" but I still don't get anything in my inbox!!!
This is really frustrating. Anybody know what I can do to fix this problem?
