I am logged into my account, but can't access my account information

When I select the menu item, "My Account" I get an immediate response, below. I'm unable to add points, add a subscription or create an Xbox Live account so that I can upload my profile and saved games. A guest came and deleted all my saved games playing the XBOX, I'd like to stop that from happening again.
