If your still stuck try reset your network equipment and your Xbox network settings back to defaults as well. Also, at this point, make sure your router firmware is up to date (visit manufactures website and see if there is a later version available).
Have you tried (as a temporary solution) using an Ehternet cable to see if you are able to connect to LIVE?
If none of the following didn't work as a solution could you post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold from the
START HERE! sticky post). Also, if you have the Xbox external network adapter, state if you have the black or the white adapter and we'll take it from there.
