Try a Connection-Test, go to your Console Settings, System, Network-Settings and perform an Connection Test.

After the Test you can press Y on your Controller and you will get some Results. You can Post here the Status Code.

You can also Try, to Clear your System Cache. Console Settings, System, Storage Press Y and select Clear System Cache.

Hey there Jason!
You can start with some basic troubleshooting to rule out two of the following:

Clear Xbox system cache
Download your Xbox profile

If your still stuck try reset your network equipment and your Xbox network settings back to defaults as well. Also, at this point, make sure your router firmware is up to date (visit manufactures website and see if there is a later version available).

Have you tried (as a temporary solution) using an Ehternet cable to see if you are able to connect to LIVE?

If none of the following didn't work as a solution could you post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold from the START HERE! sticky post). Also, if you have the Xbox external network adapter, state if you have the black or the white adapter and we'll take it from there.

Thanks!

Ok, thx for the Code.

So you use a Wireless Connection. Could you Log-In to your Router and check your W-Lan Options especially the Connection.

I Think your Console builds a Connection to XBL but it looses it.

Do you have a way to test this? Maybe with an LAN Cable or you move your Console to an Closer Area where your W-Lan Router is at.

Frequently disconnected from Xbox LIVE

Solution 1: Test your Xbox LIVE connection

You might have a Network Address Translation (NAT) problem. To find out, test your connection. Here’s how:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so).

Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

A NAT warning appears as a yellow exclamation point:

If you have a NAT warning, try the solutions in the following article:

Resolving NAT issues

Solution 1: Restart your network equipment

Solution 2: Turn on UPnP on your network hardware

Solution 3: Simplify your setup

Solution 4: Open network ports

Solution 5: Improve Xbox LIVE speed
