hello there

since the hacker can still get into your account when you change your password you need to

immediately call Microsoft, they should be able to track down the hacker and possibly recover any lost you have

Hey there Act! If you feel your account was compromised, please contact us immediately and speak to an agent about an Unauthorized Access investigation. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

I have a friend who had this EXACT same scenario.  No matter how many password changes, his account continued to get hacked.  It got escalated to Microsoft Security, but in the meantime, he's now lost total control of his account.

Was this issue resolved for you, Act499?  Just wondering if there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey,

-

The issue must have been solved if he has contacted support as Mister Gwyther instructed.

-

@UnderTaker, when your friend did contact support they probably cased a Unauthorized Access Token.

Which makes your account disabled, until the investigation is done.

If he doesn't have control over his account even after the investigation, then please tell him to contact support again.

-

Thanks

Yeah .. he's contacted them multiple times and raised a case to the UA team.  However, they reset his account emailing both him and the unauthorized user due to changes in the security proofs.  He's just having a REALLY hard time getting it resolved and talking to somebody who can directly help him.

I was just curious if Act had given up or if it was actually resolved because after 2 weeks now of fighting this he can't seem to get resolution.

By the way, the account hasn't been disabled because all of his friends have been removed and the offender is now using his account.

I got control of my account back but Microsoft never did anything about the hacker who sent multiple threats from various hacked accounts. I did everything I can. Just payed 70 bucks for 12month despie all this and my accounts working right now so ill keep all the security I can.
