I am connected to xbox live but i cannot access the zune marketplace.

For a couple days now i cannot access the zune marketplace for movies or music it tells me that zune isn't available and gives me the error code 80072EE2. I looked up this error code but the solutions for it dont work or dont apply. I dont have any downloads running i also already reset my network config it still says the same. During this time though i am connected to xbox live i can play online and i can also go to the marketplace for new games, add ons, demos themes etc. Just not anythig for the zune movies and music. Very frustrating i have been wanting to rent a movie the last couple days but i can't please help.

Hey Rhym3s A Roni! Sympathies for your Zune issue! Hopefully I can help you get this sorted, there are a few troubleshooting steps I'd like to ask you to try, to do so. Can you give the below a shot and let us know how each works out for you:

Step 1: Clear Cache and reboot your Xbox 360 console

Step 2: Delete and reinistall the Zune app

Step 3: Try a different profile, preferably a "Free" account
