I am being kicked out of games with a message saying connection interrupted On Call of Duty Modern Warfare Black Ops

This is also happening to me too, which makes me feel like it's not a connection problem, but more of a XBOX LIVE problem instead. I get lagged out of any game I play online within 10 minutes of starting. I know it's not a connection problem because about two days ago I was playing perfectly fine and getting a four bar connection.

How often is this happening to you? Every time I play the game. Every match I try to play

When did it start happening? It started a while ago, and I stopped playing. I tried to start playing again this week and it started again

Do you have problems with multiplayer in any other games you play? I tried playing Left 4 Dead last night and it did not seem to be working very well. I played Pure and multiplayer seemed to be working for that. The last time I played COD Modern Warfare 2 it was happening as well.

My own experience has been that I, too, have unreliable results with Left for Dead multiplayer.  I have seen a lot of connection interruption in any CoD title that I have played, but I don't lag out of every game.  Do you have any other games you could test?

Have you tried contacting Xbox Live support with the error code you posted?
