I am being charged for something I cannot use

Due to the recent security checks I have been locked out of my account and I have had to make a new one. Now my old account was on auto renewal so it charged me £6 a month for gold but now that I can't get into my account I cannot cancel auto renewal so my Mum and Dad are being charged £6 a month for something I can't use. Can somebody please give some advice on what to do.

p.s also if you are wondering I do pay them the money it is just easier that we do it this way.

Can you please see this link and this link, it may help you get back on to your account to turn off auto renewal. If this does not help you will need to contact Official Phone Support and be out through to the billing, whom can help you further regarding this matter. You will be asked some security questions to prove account ownership before they can help you.
