I allways get disconnected from XBOX LIVE

Hi,

I am from Germany and I have an old Xbox 360 . I have Xbox Live Gold  and I allways get disconnected when I am in a game.

I play most time FIFA 13  Saisons. So I get disconnectd when I am in the game so I loose any time.

This gets me mad. What is going on? Can someone please explain?

Thank you for your help

Yes I do this every time when I want to play. So when I start the console I first delete my account, dowload it again to all the stuff you said and than I loose a saison match in FIFA13 then I do all the ritual again and than it works fine.

But I do not want to do this anymore.

Could you check the Xbox storage device for corrupted contents. Corrupted content is shown as an yellow exclamation mark.

If you haven't already, restore your Xbox network settings to factory defaults. Go to Xbox network settings and select Configure Network and select the Additional Settings tab. Select Restore network settings to factory defaults. If wireless: Reconfigure wireless network. If wired: Press "B" on your controller and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Keep us posted!

Hello there,

If you are connected to WiFi, you may want to try using an Ethernet cord. This may be a simple fix :)
