Was wondering if anyone experienced this recently and knew how long it would take? The people on the phone support say 25 days, maybe longer, just wanted to get an idea of what the "maybe longer" means. I'm on day 23 and I'm really frustrated, I'm missing out on the Ms. Splosion Man sale, the 2K sale (for the Bioshock 2 DLC mainly), the Beta for the Fall Dashboard Update, not to mention I can't download the Fruit Ninja Kinect I got with Gunstringer or the pre-order bonuses for Halo Anniversary. I'm just wondering if I'll have it back up before Thanksgiving break next week, or should I stop holding my breath?
Also, is that 25 days, or 25 business days. I could call phone support again, but that just frustrates me since they can't tell me anything at all. That's another gripe I have, why can't I contact the people who are actually investigating my account to know the progress of the investigation. MS really needs to fix this process, I don't even understand why my account has to be suspended at all, I recovered it almost straight away and changed the password. I know there must be a reason behind all this, but it would be nice to actually have reasons why.
