How long does it take for Xbox live Escalation Support team to reply to an email??

i received an email requiring me to send them an email with pictures of my prepaid card to validate it. I sent the pictures

Depending on the issue and the nature of escalation, it can take 24-72 hrs. Maybe more. Best bet is wait to see if they contact you.

I had the same problem, I submitted my request on january 10th and am still waiting for them to fix it, I've called several times everytime i get pushed off longer and longer. The most unprofessional customer service i've ever had.

Must agree with drnick316...I'm started to get discouraged because Xbox's Escalations team has neglected to even make initial contact with me and it's been two weeks. I feel like a little fish lost in a big pond and I would do anything to get Xbox to make me feel reassured I havent been forgotten

If you haven't heard back in 10 business days I'd email them or something and see whats up. The twitter team is always pretty responsive.
