How do you make a complaint against xbox customer service?

I just called to try and make sure my auto renewel was turned off.I talked to a lady who was very rude and abusive. She also erased my cards from my account without me asking and lied straight to my face and told me I did.I then waited 20 min to speak with a manager who said if I didn't like call back then hung up on me.I do not see a complaint number anywhere?

If you remove the payment option.......  Not much of an issue.  May I ask what your issue is???   Phone support can not verify information that does not exist.... No need to talk with support in this case.... No call was needed to verify....   Now your here...  What can we help you with???  GOOD LUCK!!!!

.I am not asking for ways to resolve my payment options or renewel status.I just want to know how to file a complaint.

Unsure of a complaint number for MS, but you can make one with Better Business Bureau.

My apology!!  Have you checked your email???    A survey is provided after you contact Support if MS has your information.    GOOD LUCK!!!   BTW,  A canceled membership is the highest form of complaint a customer can give

Hey Bongkaos, nice change of attitude after someone recommends the BBB! Your such a corporate dog lackey.

The BBB is useless. Unless a business is signed up with the BBB, there's no penalties they can hand out other than removing their BBB logo. Which MS gives about 2 craps about, if that. A lot of your bigger corporations are not concerned about the BBB. Call back, request a mgr. Call back, request corporate contact information...rinse, repeat, get over it.

I actually had a guy buy a Xbox Live card on Ebay from me using a stolen credit card (point cards don't qualify for protection from Ebay or Paypal). A lot of Ebay users got scammed by the same guy. Using the feedback I contacted the people that were scammed and we talked about contacting Microsoft. Ebay and Paypal could not do anything because the guy used fake information for Ebay account and used a phone number from a disposable phone. We all called Microsoft (about 10 of us) and gave the information on the codes used (we were fools and sent the codes via Ebay message service). Microsoft told each of us that they had records of the codes being used and admitted that this person defrauded us (we showed them the info from Ebay, Paypal, and the credit card company) but they could not do anything until they got a direct request from the police or FBI. So Microsoft had proof of a crime yet let the person keep using the codes that he received through a stolen credit card and didn't even bother to use the information we gave them to call the credit card company and report the user. The moral of this story is that MS customer service really doesn't care and complaints will not work. These people will not lift a finger until they absolutely have to so your BBB complaint will be worthless and there is really nothing else you can do.

Clown, it sounds like that's just not the correct way to go about reporting these activities.  They have proof that the codes were used, sure, but they weren't part of the fraudulent business transaction, and they're obligated to carry out their end of the Terms of Use agreement.  Until the cops request that something be changed, they can't take action, regardless of the proof that you've supplied.  Microsoft is not law enforcement, and it's not their job to carry out justice.  Your best bet is to work with EBay's fraud department, possibly local law enforcement, credit card company's fraud team, etc...  Proper channels, you know?

xbox live customer support is god awful. I suggest going with sony products in the future like I will be...

To bone dude----  Thank you for the personal attack!!!!!!!  Still though- Not much to talk about if NO information exists----   How to make a complaint in the real world.......... Ask for a supervisor.  Police, Retail, Online,  ETC........  It's the same process.
