I have to repeatedly go on different emails that arent even being used. And also in the end, on all of my attempts, it gives me a blank screen. Please somebody help me

On this issue I always call support to have them turn it off. They can also check and make sure your CC# is NOT being used other places. When I did mine, it took 10 min and was very easy.
I dont know where you are from but if in the US the number is 1-800- 4my-xbox.

It's quite simple, and only takes a few moments..
support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription if you run into issues with it, you can defiantly give support a call, but in all honesty, its only a few clicks then you're done.
