Ok, so this weekend our family gold account started demanding individual email addy and pw for the first time, and only the main account is working. We are up for renew in a few weeks so i called and found out that Family Gold is gone. Problem is that I cannot figure out how to separate my twins' accounts and put email addresses and pw on them and get them their own memberships. Thanks for any assistance you can give. I am hoping I can do this without messing up their prestige.
