how do I change my parents account as the current one no longer exists?

The parent account currently tied to this account no longer exists so I carn't update my xbox to the new Terms of service, as well as sign in  and such is there anyway of transferring the parent/handler account to another email?

i have the same exact problem......I am now 22 years old, don't even remember having a parents account on here as well as on, and the email is no longer in use so I can't retrieve the lost password.....Whenever I try to accept the terms of use through your website, it automatically logs me out and nothing happens.

Same I'm 19 and just bought the new AC4 If I had known about the parent account tied to this I would of sorted it straight away so I wouldn't have to put up with this mess were in.

Let's start by running through our ToU Sticky. There are some great troubleshooting steps in there that may help get this working. 

If that doesn't do the trick, the best next step will be to give Phone Support a ring, and have them help you out.

my problem has been resolved after a short conversation with  member of support team and have fixed the terms of service on my account.

So best thing for you guys that are having the same problem as myself would be to get in contact with the support team. Now to promote my account so something like this doesn't happen again.
