Hotmail Account Disabled Cant Connect to Profile

My Hotmail got hacked and because of it permanently disabled. I was the email used to connect to my profile here. I now cannot connect to my profile from the website because my original hotmail account is gone. Is there any way i can change the email on my xbl account to my new one or do i have to make a whole new profile resetting everything so i can connect from here again?

You don't have to create a WHOLE new profile.

What you need to do is change your Windows Live ID and replace it with your new one:  support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id.aspx

Click the 3rd one on the list.

That's just the thing. My hotmail's been blocked and I can't log in to my hotmail. So I can't confirm my old password because it's blocked.

If you WLID was compromised, you should contact phone support (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and file an Unauthorized Access claim.
