Horribad customer service...

I was just curious why it took almost two weeks to get in contact with a CSR that could help me out with such a simple issue.  I have to say that the customer service staff for xbox live is horrible.  Many hour long conversations with no results, had I been told to make a new account and have them attach it as a parent account a lot of time could have been saved.  I talked to five or six different people before I ran into somebody with the knowledge to assist me.  Hopefully I receive the email today that the higher level of care attached the accounts and fixed this issue... we shall see
