ok, so i tried to add points to my account,via credit card. But it couldnt be authoized, but i wasnt really bothered, and i dont need points now, so obviously, i didnt get the points i tried to buy.
However, i had a look at my emails which is the same email as on this account, and i had an email from Xbox.com saying that my card couldnt be charged and "you will not have access to the service until you update the payment information". But, i havnt been given the points, so why have i got an email suggesting as though ive got the points, but not paid?
