hope i dont get effected

ok, so i tried to add points to my account,via credit card. But it couldnt be authoized, but i wasnt really bothered, and i dont need points now, so obviously, i didnt get the points i tried to buy.

However, i had a look at my emails which is the same email as on this account, and i had an email from Xbox.com saying that my card couldnt be charged and "you will not have access  to the service until you update the payment information". But, i havnt been given the points, so why have i got an email suggesting as though  ive got the points, but not paid?

Just hope i dont get suspended, like the last time this happened.

This email is just saying that Xbox cannot charge you until you fix payment options. No need to worry unless you have auto renewal! (:

Billing suspensions only occurs when you have a payment problem with a gold renewal.

Think that is a generic email for any payment that is declined.

Have you tried to update the CC on file or call your bank to see what the problem with the charge was?

Then see about getting the points.

oh, thanks, was a little worried. :)

and lol, i dont need to call bank, i know why the card isnt working,  i was just more or less testing if it still works, just  coz i have a little spending problem
