What are the proper steps to take in order to try to get this rectified? The links to support on this website seem to go in circles. It clearly shows that my account was last logged into a foreign console on the same day as the purchases (three in total, totaling about 130 dollars - I got off light after Googling). I submitted complaints with Paypal, but I figured I should try to contact Microsoft as well. Why can I not find some concrete information on what seems to be a rather prolific scam? This is not cool, at all.
