Hi, and welcome to Xbox.com! Before I can help fix your problem, I need a few more details about the issue you're having. When you say you have no connection, do you mean that you can't connect to your wireless internet?
If that's the problem, then there's a lot we can do to take care of that. To get started, go to the "network settings" option under the "settings" tile (scroll all the way to the right on the main screen of the xbox). Try to connect to your network, and
let me know what happens.
