Help

I had gotten an Xbox 360 on Christmas, but had to return because the rent of it was too high and I wanted to know what will happen to all of my information, will the info be erased or is all my info safe? or more like what do you think happens to it?

Rent? Not sure how that works, but if you're returning it, format the HDD before sending it back.

By rent im guessing he bought it from a credit/finance shop were you pay monthly for the product for A) a period of time B) you pay monthly for it untill it's eventually bought and yours. As for your details Wave, they will be kept safe ofcourse. If you wish to take things further regards to your details i'd suggest contacting Xbox by calling them.

Good luck :)

Who the hell gives a rental object as a Christmas present, then expect the recipient to pay for it?

Remove Everything from the hard drive.  If you want to keep any saved games, just move them to a USB drive.  Don't worry about keeping downloaded content.  You can re-download them later if you want.
