HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't get access to Xbox Live yesterday when signing in with my profile - it just keep spinning. I deleted my profile and now when I try to download it again I keep getting the error message:

Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

I have been talking to online support for over an hour, they cannot resolve it and say it is a connection problem. When I check the connection it is fine, I have rebooted my router and reconnected but still get the above error messages.

I'm pulling my hair out can any one help :(

Thanks onyx62is, have tried this but still doesn't work. The profile looks like it is downloading but it always stops at he same place and then I get an error code saying profiles cannot be downloaded, try later. Nothing sees to work.

Could you try deleting your profile only (not profile and items) then clear the cache 3 times and restart your console?

You can clear your cache by heading to Settings>System>Storage and select your hard drive then press Y to clear the cache.

To redownload your profile go to Social>Sign In/Out>Download.
