Did a service request order on 11/23 for a advanced xbox one and got a number said it would be shipped out in 2-3 business days .  They said I should get everything replaced . They would be emailing  a FedEx tracking number when it was shipped .  Did check on line said I would get it by the 3rd of Dec.  STILL WAITING  Called Microsoft  last night .Was told  a supervisor was going to email me info about the situation STILL WAITING.  This is very frustrating.......Will be calling again tonight and asking for a supervisor...
