The email I entered for my sign in and my actual email are not the same. So when it sends an email for my security proofs I don't get the email I need help from admin to change it.
You could also give phone support a try. They should be able to help you.

If you are able to sign into your account you have an option to select "I don't have access to any of these" when you are asked to use a proof.
You can select this option and update the info there but it takes 30 days for the proof to be updated and Xbox Support cannot expedited this process you have to wait the 30 days
