Help with parental account

the email i used for the parental account has been deleted so i can not access anything on my other account e.g facebook. i was wondering if  there is a way i could change the email and password

If the e-mail address associated with your Windows Live ID is no longer active, you can switch to a new WLID with an active e-mail account.

im having a similar problem however none of the soloutions on that link seem to be relevent

i can acess my own WLID accound for my xbox but i cant accept the new 'terms of use' with the new update to the dashboard as the parental email i used i no longer have acess to, i need to change the parental WLID withoput logging into the one that doesnt work anymore as its been deleted

is there actually a way to do what i need?

well technically you do need to relog into the parental account to remove the child account from parental windows live id

you will still need to relogin and reassociate a parental email to the account
