Help with auto renew please?

Hello,

I didnt realise my gold membership had expired and has been automatically renewed for 12 months via my credit card on the account.

The problem is that this card expired in 2008 and does not exist anymore, I paid for the renewal on this last year as it was taken automatically again. I have since closed the card down and was wondering what has happend to the balance I would owe MS, I dont want my account suspending and am wondering what I should do?

Any help would be greatlty appreciated.

You can check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com to see what the balance is that you owe. If they can't charge you for Live, they'll suspend your account until the balance is paid. You can call support to have them turn off auto-renew or update your card to keep your Live running.
