Help: Status code: 396B - 43C5 - A080 - 1200 - D000 - 0034

Hi Xbox people

Please help me. My xbox want to update, but when I try I get this message:
Can't process the update. If the problem presists, go to www.xobox.com/support
Status code: 396B - 43C5 - A080 - 1200 - D000 - 0034

I have tried with both wired and wireless internet - and to different connections.

I have tried everything in this post: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/9/t/1987616.aspx

When I try to update without the hardisk in the xbox I get this code: 396B - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 000F

Haven't played for a long time, and have really looket forward to it. So hope there is an easy solution to my problem...

There is a solution to your problem. Go to xbox.com and there you can download the update on your computer. Then burn it onto a disk and insert that into your xbox. From there you can install your update off the disk and continue to play on Xbox Live. Hope this helps!
