Help! Profile missing from console and could not download

Yesterday when I turn on my Xbox360 I noticed that my profile is missing. When I goto social -> sign in session my profile does not show up, neither does it show up in system. The profile button is gray out there. I don't know what had happened because I just played game using my profile the day before.

 

I ran test-xboxlive and it passed successfully. I tried to download my profile with correct live account and password, but got error 80070570 which is having problem in download and please try it later. I also tested creating a new profile but the creation seems stuck at name creating always come back at the same screen.

My console is a 4GB console, with 1.1GB space left.

 

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any suggestions? I tried the ambassador online but all I get is a 800 number to call.

If so, then I would recommend contacting phone support for more assistance.  There is a link to contact them at the bottom of the linked page.

Hi,

It seems as if your profile has been corrupted for one reason or another. You can easily fix this by going to your storage device on the Xbox Guide (Dashboard), finding your profile and deleting it then re-downloading/recovering it on your console by using the xbox guide button on your controller. Hope this helps!
