Help, please!

hello, my account was recently suspended due to lack of payment(i was paying with a credit card). now i have a 3 month subscription and every time i try redeem the code it says, this code is not valid with this offer. Also another problem is i cannot remove my previous payment option(credit card) and 1 more problem, i can't even manage my account! everytime i try manage my account on my laptop it says "uh oh, it appears you found a glitch in the system", displaying a different error code every time (35C528535435CAE, last error code shown).

either add a payment card to lift the suspension or turn off autorenewal and wait till the suspension goes into default in which case you still have to pay the outstanding amount

or contact support

you need ot pay off the outstanding balance

and no the prepaid card doesn't pay it off

and you cannot remove the payment ioption while its on an active membership

and no removing it doesn;t lift the suspension
