I can connect to the internet and not live. Help please?
Did ur live expire?
If ur still not sure call xbox support they helped me with the same problem.

Try unplugging your router and replugging it back in. Wait about 30 seconds and try to connect to LIVE.
If that doesn't work, you may need to manually go inside your router and try a Firmware Update. If you have a D-Link router, you can message me and I can assist you with that.
So when you test your Xbox live connection you are able to connect to the internet but are not able to connect to xbox live? If that is the case check out the wizard below for troubleshooting steps.
