Help please

My gamertag: Miss Starkiller
On that gamertag/account, I've been experiencing the following problems:

1. I'm unable to accept the new Terms of Use after the last update a couple of months ago because my parent (mother) doesn't have/know the password for the Windows Live account we set up for my xbox live account. She deleted the email that went with my Xbox Live account. (Because I have a child account and we used my mother's email and such for it). 

2. I was told by one of xbox assistants online that they could fix the problem within the system if i could log back on, but i cant log back on because of issue #1. 

So because of the not being able to put in a password to accept the Terms of Use, I am unable to log into my Miss Starkiller account and so, I am requesting any advice, assistance, or help that can be provided to resolve this problem. My thanks in advance.
