Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, my son is a serious gamer and has been as far back as I can remember.  I'm posting this question as we have hit a brick wall with this problem and don't know what else to do.  When he set up his live ID over 10 years ago we had only just gone onto the internet and were with wanadoo.co.uk who no longer exist.  He used this - my email account as he hadn't got his own at that point.  He's recently bought a new xbox and is trying to change over his ID but as he no longer has the original info and therefore can't answer many of the questions on the account recovery forms (sent 2 off so far)  he can't get anywhere.  We've phone live support a couple of times and they keep telling us to re send the form which we have (just tried again with different debit card info as we realised the reg'd debit card is long expired and he was putting in his current details, but it just keeps saying the site is down)

My son is convinced that there is no way out of this and he is going to lose years worth of games, scores etc.  Incidentally, he's not bothered about recovering his old live ID so long as it is removed from his current gamer tag.  can anyone please help?  I'm struggling to believe how many people seem to be having this problem and Microsoft don't seem to be overly concerned.  Thank you in advance :-)

I'm offended by the title, to be honest. It's misleading. To answer your question, just call Xbox Customer support.

When I saw the title I thought it was going to be a harassment problem...

If that old e-mail no longer exists, create a new e-mail and change the WLID on the Xbox LIVE account to the new e-mail.
