It's annoying to have to ask this, but hopefully I can get some help...
I do not want to have Xbox Gold any longer.
However, I am subscribed through a pre-paid card until mid to late September. So I would like to get the service that I have paid for in the mean time.
Auto-renewal is OFF after more than an hour plus some pressure on the phone with Xbox support a few months ago.
My problem is this: there IS a debit card on file for my account, even though I paid using a pre-paid card. I cannot remove this debit card from my account for some reason, it won't let me do that because I still have an account (not sure why that matters, but OK...)
The debit card in question expires on 9/1/11. I have a new card to replace it, with a new number and expiration date. My fear is that if I do not enter the NEW information, they will suspend my account, but if I *DO* enter the NEW information, they will try to put auto-renew on again!
What can I do? I deserve to get the rest of my time which has already been paid for, but when it expires I WANT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
