Help! I have a Motorola **** NVG589 My console can connect to Xbox Live, but complains about a matchmaking alert so I can't play multiplayer games need help.

I haven't been able to matchmake with any of the games I play. I've reset my modem and it is configured for the correct ports but I keep getting a matchmaking alert when I test my network. I don't know what to do to fix it.

Consider yourself lucky, I can't even sign in to my account. Been trying everything. I've got all of the ports forwarded. Just get suck at the Signing In screen indefinitely.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? 
Modem brand & model number: 
Router brand & model number:
How many consoles do you have connected to this router?
Wired or wireless (for each console): 
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

X:
Y:
Z:
ID:
L:
Q:
T:
D:
S:
C:

 

Also the matchmaking alert is because of the Service Alert that is currently active. You can find more info about that here.
