HELP: I can't connect to xbox live service

Greetings, 

My name is Zeeshan Shahzad and I am from Pakistan. All xbox live users living in Pakistan can't connect to Xbox Live Service Since 7/02/2014. When I test my connection it shows that I can connect to Internet but xbox live fails to connect. I already tried each and every possible fix for it but no use. Is xbox live services are being blocked by our ISPs?

The current Service Alert affects buying downloadable items and you shouldn't be limited to the sign in process.

Thank you for a quick reply. I did contact my ISP and they have denied to have anything to do with it. I have also contacted with my other XBL users of other ISPs and they are also facing the same issue. I have tried clearing my system and HDD cache, turning off my modem for 2 minutes and restarted and also deleting and re-download my profile but nothing worked for far. I have two consoles and both of them have the same problem.

Could you go to Xbox Network Settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

If my ISP is responsible then the whole Testing Process would have failed but from where I can see matchmaking is running so now the only logical answer is XBL's own servers are going through some sort of problem. Pakistan uses ME servers so the problem must be with ME servers. This problem just started when this downoadable content service alert popped up.

try logging into your xbox account on a laptop or computer if successful you are not being blocked by your ISP and then read my next post.

xbox is connected to the internet but cant contact xbox live in Pakistan since last night (friday)
