HELP!! FAMILY PACK PROBLEM

GUYS HELP!! every time i try to connect to my account it says it already expired...  i just have like one month with it.... they took away 11 months from me or more!! what do i do? i cant play live because it says i am a free member, but i had a membership on a gold family pack...... i dont want to pa 60 dlls to play again for something i already had payed. omg PLEASE HELP!!!

Have the primary account holder of the family plan check the billing history for the account. https://billing.microsoft.com There may be something wrong in there.
