Help, can't connect XBOX LIVE

Hello,

I can't connect xbox live, when im testing my internet connection it can't connect to the internet and I restored to factory default and that didn't help, at the basic settings i did manual and writed my ip, dns server, gateway and subnet but that didn't help to.

When im using the internet cable what is connected to the router I can connect, but when i use an other cable connected to the router I can't connect.
