For the past few days I've been unable to access my Xbox Live profile that has a Gold Membership. I've been using it for years but it's recently asked for my email and password for my Microsoft account. I've changed my password for my Microsoft account (that affects my Xbox Live password, right?) and it still won't let me sign in.
The message it brings up is "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Code: 80151011"
Before it said that my password was incorrect, even when it asked if I wanted it remembered. Ever since I've gotten my new password, it displays that message, though. There's no way I'm giving up this profile so what can I do to use it? Thanks in advance.
