If you get the message "oops that shouldn't have happened" when trying to update your billing info at xbox.com then that means there is an outstanding charge on your account. If you are using a credit or debit card the charge will be applied to unsuspend
the account. If you are using a pre paid 3 or 12 month subscription card to unsuspend the account all previous fees will be waived as long as you provide said card code as well as use it while on the phone with billing.
