Hi Truly,

Sorry to hear about the connection troubles. Let's see what we can do.

What would the make & model of both your router & modem? More often than not, network issues stem from networking hardware.

Let us know, and we can work from there.

Hi Truly. 99% of the time, chat/Teredo errors are an indication that port 3074 traffic is being filtered. That is a really fancy way of saying that your network/ISP is blocking or filtering out a really specific type of internet traffic. I want you to follow this troubleshooting flow ( support.xbox.com/.../nat-error-solution ) and please let me know the results. Thank you. Alternately, you can try tis troubleshooting flow, but it will get you to the same place in the end. ( support.xbox.com/.../multiplayer-connection-error-solution )

Best advice I can give is either bridge your connection and use your own router or see if your ISP offers a basic modem that you can connect to your router.. I had Comcast and had similar issues (couldn't play anything online or connect to a party) I went to my service center and traded my Arris TG852 in for just a modem then connected it to my linksys n750 and it works perfect now.  I've never used any ISP's all in one modems as it seems to screw up connections.
