Hello we have a xbox live issue can we get some advice?

Hi there have two different xbox's at home on two different accounts....

We were using one credit card to renew both live accounts every 3 months.

My partners son had been downloading games etc without consent onto his HDD and account,so we cancelled auto renewall as punishment.

now we cannot update our accounts with pre-paid live 3month cards.

We both receive various notes asking to try later (3days later and two cards still no go).

I cannot remove the card details "a outstanding balance exists on this payment instrument.Please try again later." shows up 

How can I rectify this?

Your best and possibly quickest way to resolve this is to call customer support. Rather than putting every contact number here I will point you to a thread that has the numbers for support already in it.
