Hello there i got told to post by support on the phone

hi there when i sing into xbox .com and go on forums i get this error run time error but when i try my bros account it works fine and this account works fine but mine it dosent and i have contact support and i have been waiting 6 weeks for a reply and my case has just been sent to the investergation team and my refrence number is 1175455***  and i need this sorting and i am an xbox live ambassador on my main account i can access eveything on there but the forums. and i have aurtisum and i cant be doing with this stress. so please help thanks

I usually get that error when I have to clear the cache on the browser.

Send a PM to one of the forum support team (Mister Gwyther, Mister Fitzer, etc.) and tell them what's going on. They should be able to fix it for you. I had the same issue a while back and that's how I got it fixed.
