HDMI Problem on 250GB xbox

I have a 250GB xbox from December 2010. In January I purchased a HDMI cable for it which has been working perfectly until this week. Now I get no signal on the TV. I have tried different HDMI cables that work for my Sky and DVD player and have tried a different HDMI port on the TV. None of this made a difference. I have searched the net and tried resetting console settings (turn on, hold Y, pull right stick) and blind settings (turn on, guide button, right 2, down 3, A, A, A, etc) again none of this makes a difference. If I put the standard composite ? cable in (Red, Yellow, White) it works but obviously not in HD. And on a 42" TV standard def xbox is awful.

I think the last time it worked it did an update. I have also just done an update tonight whist using the composite cable. That makes no difference either.

If anyone has any brilliant ideas as to how to fix this I would be extremely greatful.
