Hm,

Have you tried to reset your xbox by unplugging everything form your xbox? (make sure its off first)

Are you able to try using a different TV with HDMI to see if it works? And if you can, go to console settings and  Disable Discovery Mode.  You can always try a different HDMI cable, as well to see if it stopped working.
My console stops to works on HDMI after dashboard update to 14719,
What was the previous dashboard version you had? Was it the new one released in Fall, 2011, or was it the older one that was still in use during the summer of 2011?

The Fall 2012 update apparently requires HDCP for all functions, not just video.

What specific make/model of display are you hooking the 360 up to via HDMI?

I not remember for sure, but was the 12***(i think is the first with kinect support).

I use to play in a LG MONITOR E2250 and a Samsung TV 40" LN40D550.

Hmm.. the Samsung TV should support HDCP. The LG monitor doesn't appear to have an HDMI port, just DVI, though that seems to support HDCP.

Try disconnecting everything from the console (including power), then hit the power button, wait a couple hours, then reconnect everything?

Do you have a Component video cable you could use to test on the TV?

Actually, using a HDMI to DVI adapter does cause an HDCP error - I had that problem on an old Zenith LCD TV and my cable box.  I should try the Xbox on it later tonight to see if it causes problems...
Actually, using a HDMI to DVI adapter does cause an HDCP error
It should not unless the monitor does not support HDCP. I have a console hooked up to a monitor that supports HDCP over DVI via a HDMI to DVI adapter. No issues. The Display settings even show 1920x1080 and DVI on the 360.
