Having trouble with my xbox.

I am unable to accept the Terms of use that was just released because my Xbox live Acc is still a "kid account". I contacted Tech support earlier today and the method we used didn't work. I tried reseting the password for the previous email that I used (I changed it sometime last year I think.) and that didn't work. The reset password email sent to my current email just told me to use the email I started my live account on. That email no longer exists. When my family stopped using mediacom that email was disabled. the Tech support told me to try reseting my password and to send the email to my current account but the only thing the email did was to tell me to reset my password the normal way. I turned 18 this august so  I guess  I need to promote my account to an adult account? Sorry if this seems to bounce around. Any help would be lovely cause  I would hate to have wasted 60$ on live membership that  I can't even use anymore.

When I tried getting to the MY account all it said was that I had found a glitch.

im not sure that this will work but its worth a try, create a new account adult account then call xbox customer service have your old account associated with your new account. call this number (866) 823-1459.

I'll have to try saturday. I called them earlier today and didn't have much luck with fixing it. but the man said he had a few other ways to try and fix this.
