Having Trouble reactivating gold account.

Hi

I am having problems with the following...hope you can help:

XBOX (xbox live connection established)

1. my account wont connect to live (other accounts on the box will)

2. i cannot recover account after deleting and clearing cache, fails at the downloding stage immediately.

XBOXLIve.com

1. i cannot access the manage payment methods screen (UH OH That shouldnt have happend, you have found a glitch)

2. i cannot access the Upgrade/Manage account screen  (UH OH That shouldnt have happend, you have found a glitch)

i sometimes get an error message 0x00000000 when accessing the above pages

I can access and manage them screens on my daughters account both via xbox and internet.

hope this is enough info for someone to help...

You should call up phone support to see what is going on with your account. Perhaps it has been suspended or you have a billing violation?

Already phoned, they put me onto here, they say all is fine and my inquiry has been escalated.

had a call from a technician who thinks it could be corrupt gamertgag at there end.

they gonna get back to me in a week or two (his words)...shocking!!
